All sales are final - we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Unless customers can provide proof of faulty or damaged item. In this case alone please contact us via email and we can resolve this for you at our discretion.
Shipping / Processing
Shipping is worked out after the processing section of the order. We ship worldwide at different shipping prices, so please check before finalising your order.
We aim to process your order with 1-3 days of placing your order. Delivery times depend completely on your preferred/chosen delivery option.
Please be aware we do not take any responsibility for packages after they have been delivered via standard delivery. Although we will always provide proof of delivery for you, once it has been delivered it is out of our hands so for peace of mind feel free to select a tracked delivery option for your security.
Tracked Delivery customers will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
Should any further issues arise with tracked delivery, please contact Royal Mail - our delivery provider as we hold no responsibility over such issues.
